Students, parents and teachers will perform a Self-Assessment using the link attached before coming to dance each day. We have a strict no sick policy for all dancers and teachers.
Anyone with any symptom of COVID is expected to self-isolate in order to protect our younger, immunocompromised, and those not eligible to be vaccinated.
We would like to keep the number of people inside the studio to a minimum, please continue to follow the practice of dropping off and picking up students at the front door, and avoid lingering in studio hallways.
Students are to come to dance ready to go in dance clothes.
All students and staff should sanitize their hands upon entering the studio, as well as after any breaks.
We will be using two studio spaces within the building to allow for less contact between students not in the same classes.
Dance Collective staff will continue to clean between classes, as well as disinfect hard surfaces such as door handles, barres, dance equipment and other regularly used surfaces.
Dancers are only allowed to bring one SMALL shoe bag with them into the studio. There will be designated spaces for bags inside the studio.
Studio space will have taped off spaces on the floor to ensure social distancing.
At this time, bare feet are not allowed in the studio. So please remember proper footwear.
Dancers should bring their own reusable water bottle from home, labelled with their name. There is a water bottle filling station available if needed, but no access to water fountains at this time.
Classes are limited based on government regulations and studio size.
All teachers, students, and any visitors will be required to wear masks in all areas of the studio building at all times, removing it to drink water as necessary.
To limit contact with other classes, washroom access is limited to teachers and only, if necessary, to students.
If you are feeling unwell in any way, please do not visit the studio.
