Membership Fee

Dance Collective is a non profit membership based organization. We collect a non refundable membership/registration fee at the beginning of each dance year.

This year the fee has been reduced to $20.00. Class prices have also been reduced.

*You are required to pay one $20.00 membership fee, per family, per dance year. Membership fee is non refundable and subject to change per year.*

Dance Class Fee Structure

45 min class: $450.00 for the year

60 min class: $525.00 for the year

*Please see the individual class pages for class length.*

Parent & Tot: $150.00 per term

(Term 1: Sept - Dec)

(Term 2 Jan - Apr)

Creative Dance: $350.00 for the year

3-5 year old

Intro to Dance: $350.00 for the year

5-8 year old

Pointe Class: $300.00 for the year

*All pricing is for instructional time does not include additional competition fees or costume fees that may apply.*

Multiple Class Discount*:

1st class: full fee
2 classes: $50.00 discount
3 classes: $100.00 discount
4 classes: $150.00 discount
5 classes: $200.00 discount
6 classes: $250.00 discount
7 classes: $300.00 discount
8 classes: $350.00 discount
9 classes: $400.00 discount
10 classes: $450.00 discount
11 classes: $500.00 discount
12 classes: $550.00 discount

*Discount rates apply per family unit.*

Payment Terms:

Fees can be divided into equal payments on a 3 - 6 month term. 1st payment (along with membership fee) due at time of registration.

*All fees must be paid by February 28th, 2025. If choosing 6 month installment plan, please bring all post dated cheques to registration.

Refund Policy

Membership fee is non refundable.

Fee refund instances are as follows:
a) If notice of cancellation is given in writing 7 days prior to class commencing a full refund will be issued.
b). A pro-rated refund will be given for cancellations at any time due to prolonged medical reasons (medical certificate required). Discretion of Dance Collective YXE's board of directors. .
